Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes — a confirmation email is sent immediately after your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number on the carrier’s website or visit our order tracking page.

My package shows delivered but I haven’t received it — what do I do?

First, check around your door, with neighbors, or in a secure mailroom. If the package still isn’t found, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date and we’ll work to resolve it.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Opened electronics can be returned within 15 days if defective.

How do I start a return?

Email us at colstoninfo@aol.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.


Products

What does “Renewed” or “Certified Renewed” mean?

Renewed products are pre-owned devices that have been professionally inspected, tested, and cleaned. They function like new and come with a limited warranty. They’re a great way to get premium tech at a lower price.

Are your products genuine and authentic?

Yes, absolutely. We only sell authentic products from authorized suppliers. We do not sell counterfeit or gray-market goods.

Do products come with a warranty?

New products include the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Renewed products come with a seller warranty as noted in the product listing.

How do I apply a discount code?
